How long is the event?
-The boat party is 7 hours and the public event runs from 10a-5p daily. Our private option does allow you to customize your start/stop time which is perfect for groups who are looking for a more personalized experience!
How many people do the boats hold?
-We have boats available for groups of ANY size! Public boats typically hold 20-30 people comfortably, but group size on public boats does depend on the amount of reservations for the day. For private boats, the minimum number of tickets a group must purchase to be eligible for a private boat is 14 in order to cover all costs, but your private group can be smaller than 14!
What will the boat look like?
-Every catamaran is a high quality, clean and you are guaranteed to be on a boat that comfortably fits your group! Exact boat assignments are determined on the day of the event as the marina designates boats based on the reservations for the day.
What is the national park fee for?
-The $13 USD per person national park fee is paid at the marina and covers the government protected coral reef you will be sailing/swimming over! This fee is paid directly to the marina upon arrival/check-in.
Are there any fees not included in the grand total price?
-Tips for your crew are not included in the price but should be factored in, as the marina’s boat crews work extremely hard to ensure you have an amazing event! There are shops on Isla Mujeres, as well as golf carts available to rent and drive around the island, so you’ll want to bring along extra money if you’d like to shop or explore on a golf cart!
What drinks/food are included?
-Open bar includes: beer, vodka, tequila, rum, soft drinks, juice and water. Buffet Lunch includes: salad bar, make your own tacos (fajita, fish, chicken), rice, pastas, vegetables, fruits, beans, potatoes etc.
