4th of July Fiesta Inspired Cocktails!

Celebrating the 4th of July may look a little different this year but that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun! Check out some festive drink recipes that will be sure to get the party going and make you feel like you’re on the beaches of Mexico with the After Dark Cancun crew!

• Boozy Bombpop Lemonade If you’re looking for a simple and refreshing cocktail, look no further! Ingredients: - 2 Cups Lemonade - 1 Cup Blueberry Vodka (or any flavor you like) - Crushed Ice - 1 Bombpop Popsicle Add crushed ice to your glass, mix lemonade and vodka and top your drink with a red, white and blue bombpop!
• Frosé (Frozen Rosé Wine Slushies) Because who doesn’t love an adult slushie! Ingredients: - 1 Bottle of Rose wine (if you’re not a Rose fan, you can substitute with moscato, pinot grigio, sauvignon blanc or your favorite wine!) - 6 Cups Frozen Fruit (Some great suggestions: watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peach and mango) - 1-2 Cups of Ice - 1-2 tablespoons sugar optional (to taste) Add your wine, frozen fruit and 1 cup of ice into a blender and mix until smooth. Add more ice for a thicker slushie if needed. Serve immediately garnished with fruit!

Sangria Mexican Mule Can’t party in Mexico without a tequila inspired drink! Ingredients: - 2 Ounces Tequila - 1 Ounce Red Wine - ½ Ounce Fresh Lime Juice - 4 Ounces Ginger Beer, chilled - Fresh blackberries or blueberries and lime slices for garnish Fill a glass halfway with ice then add tequila, wine, and lime juice. Stir gently to combine then top with ginger beer and stir once more. Garnish with a few fresh berries and a lime slice. Enjoy!
